For more than 20 years, Denkai Animal Sanctuary has been a lifeline  for the voiceless — providing refuge, medical care, and hope for over  34,000 animals in need across the nation. From neglected horses and  abandoned farm animals to surrendered pets with nowhere else to turn,  Denkai has stood strong through compassion, integrity, and community  support.

Now, we are asking for your help to build the next chapter of this lifesaving mission.

Our Hesperus Facility is the cornerstone of Denkai’s future — a  permanent home that will allow us to expand our rescue operations,  improve animal care, and launch transformative equine-based therapy  programs for people in need within the next 6–12 months.

This facility represents more than just a shelter — it’s a sanctuary  where healing happens on both ends of the lead rope. It’s where rescued  animals find safety, and where humans find peace, purpose, and  connection through therapeutic experiences.

Your gift to our $649,000 Capital Campaign ensures that Denkai can  continue serving animals and people for decades to come. It allows us  to:

• Secure and develop the Hesperus property for ongoing rescue operations
