Medical Funding for Community Pets

Having performed nearly 50,000 medical procedures over just four years within our veterinary clinic, we have seen first hand the need for medical
care in owned pets throughout all of Colorado and Wyoming.

Taking from this need, Denkai is working to establish ongoing funding to provide pet animal owners with needed care for their pets.  We are able to accomplish this through foundation support, fundriasers, and public contributions.

Once this fund is established, Denkai will be taking applications for funding needs via our website.

Needs that our Community Pet Medical Fund will provide for include:
  • Spay/neuter
  • Dental
  • Amputations
  • Mass Removal
  • Vaccinations
  • General Care

We have met so many wonderful people who care about their pets and even those feral cat colonies or strays that they come across.  They just are not able to afford the costs of veterinary care.

A spay with a local veterinarian will cost anywhere from $200 to $400 or more.
Neuter Surgeries run anywhere from $150 to $300 with a veterinarian
Dental Care will cost a pet owner anywhere from $250 (basic cleaning) to $1500 plus.
Surgeries, mass removals and more will cost a pet owner hundreds if not thousands of dollars.

We are teaming up with area veterinarians who are able to keep their prices reasonable and work with us to subsidize the services that pet animal owners are in need of.
